I. Instructions for Use:
During the epidemic period, inspectors cannot reach the factory or online video inspection is adopted because the delivery date is very urgent.
However, there are certain risks due to the limited video definition and angle. The factory must ensure the quality of products!
II. Effect Achieved
1. Understand the completion progress of bulk goods.
2. Confirm whether the packing mode and shipping mark of the fabric are correct.
3. Check whether the style, color, weight and packing mode of the fabric meet the requirements of the customer.
4. Check whether the width of fabric meets the requirements.
5. Data from on-site dry and wet grinding test
6. Complete a written report after the inspection.
III. Assistance Needed:
1. The customer, factory and the third party need to agree on this mode and cooperate closely to complete it.
2. The factory needs at least 2 persons to assist. One person shall carry out the inspection according to the procedures and modes guided by the third party, and the other person shall coordinate the inspection. Meanwhile, photos and videos shall be immediately uploaded to the WeChat group.
3. A good network and a mobile phone that can take photos are needed.

5. Establish a WeChat group first, including professional inspectors and quality managers of the factory, customer and the third party.
IV. On-site Inspection Sequence and Procedure
1. Factory personnel shall film the gate, then turn on the camera video and walk from the gate to the factory warehouse. Take photos of bulk stacking from different angles, including the top of the bulk stacking. It can be seen from the video that the actual packaging quantity is 70%. It shall also be aligned with the specified packaging, close to see whether the shipping mark is consistent.
2. Take photos of bulk stacking in the factory from different angles, to be clear, more than 500K.
3. Specify a packaging and turn on the camera in the factory to film the whole unpacking process till the fabric is taken out.
4. Upload all the detailed photos of packaging taken in the factory to the group. The photos include: front shipping mark photo of outer packaging, side shipping mark photos of outer packaging, photos of opening outer packaging and recent photos of all labels.
5. Put the confirmed sample together with the bulk product and make a video comparison first. Compare from different angles.
6. Compare the confirmed sample with the bulk goods and send photos to the group.
7. Randomly check each color of the fabric, put it on the cloth inspection machine for slow inspection, make the video aligned with the inspection cloth, and record the number of defective products. Take a video of cloth inspection in the factory and upload the video to the group. (The specific quantity shall be discussed together)
8. Compare the end-to-end color difference of fabric edge and middle.
9. Select a piece of fabric, carry out sampling for gram weight inspection and take photos.
10. Select a piece of fabric for dry and wet grinding test and take photos.
11. Check the data and test data, and give factory conclusion.
12. Issue a report, indicating the relevant test modes.
13. Retain relevant data and images for more than half a year.
14. If sampling is needed, the factory shall take photos of the video, make a good record, seal the packaging under the video, and arrange express delivery.
