After the material is approved, QC will start to track and verify when the material arrives at the factory and whether there is any difference between the material and the approval. Before the completion of material preparation, the factory will make a preliminary production plan, including when to go online, and how to rule out accidents. After the material preparation is completed, QC can monitor the implementation of the plan and judge it’s feasibility. The data is very important in this process, the number of personnel and daily output of each process are recorded to assess the production progress, anticipate the crisis early and discuss the solution with the factory.
